REFUND POLICY.

Enrollment is limited and thus full payment is required to reserve space for Skills for Life Workshop. The tuition/registration fee includes seminar instruction, materials, seminar certificate, and meals as noted in the program schedule. Full tuition less credit card processing fees is refundable if we receive written cancellation 7 days prior to seminar. Registrants who notify ESFL of cancellation up to one week of the beginning of the seminar are eligible for registration refund, less any credit card processing fees. ESFL. is not responsible for any guaranteed airline or hotel reservations. Registration for the SFL Workshop will be open until 24 hours before the first session. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, we will make every effort to contact the participants, with information they submitted when they registered as well as posted information on the web site. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund based on method of payment, minus processing fees. We ask participants to allow ample time for processing and credit card account transactions.
