In 2024, we brought together twelve parents who are living without both hands or more to share their experiences with raising children on Part One: Hands Free Parenting.
In 2025, we held a second roundtable and gathered six parents who are raising (or raised) children living without both hands or more called Growing Up Hands Free.

Over 1.5 days, various members of the ESFL community with differing levels of limb difference demonstrated how they preapre meals, eat, get dressed, shower, toilet, and handle personal grooming.​
