Christine Lentz

Committees & Special Programs Manager

Christine Lentz has a Marketing degree and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and spent two years as an undergrad at Boston College.  Christine began her career as a Sales Manager for the telecomm industry, working on both domestic and international accounts.  Christine took a break from her career to raise her three sons, along with her husband.  During that time, she obtained her Real Estate license and worked with both a local Land Management Company and a Real Estate Developer.


As Christine’s children grew, her family thoroughly enjoyed a very active lifestyle, including competitive skiing and snowboarding.  In November of 2013, Christine underwent a routine abdominal surgery and began to experience atypical complications.  In December of that year, Christine was misdiagnosed with flu symptoms and went into Septic Shock resulting in her near death and amputation of her hands and feet.


Today, Christine works with organizations that focus on bringing awareness to the issues of limb loss and sepsis survival as well as fundraising for programs that focus on improving the quality of life for individuals experiencing limb loss and limb difference.
