Ronnie Hindsman's Bowling Tournament
Ronnie lost both his arms in a work accident on June 29, 2004. He attended his first Skills for Life workshop in 2008, which he described as life changing because he learned so much from meeting with others like him. Because of the 2008 event, he was inspired to give back. He wanted to ensure that these workshops continue, so he hosted a bowling tournament fundraiser in 2019. The first one was such a success that he held a second tournament in 2020 and invited others missing both arms to join him. He now plans to make this an annual event and hopes the event brings in even more people living with bilateral upper limb loss.
Since February 2019, Ronnie and has raised over $21,000 benefiting Enhancing Skills for Life.
