MaryBeth Schneider, MPA

Operations Specialist

MaryBeth brings over 35 years of experience working in the not-for-profit sector in support of inclusion for people who have disabilities in all aspects of community life.  Over those years as both a direct support professional and administrator, MaryBeth has been guided by person-centered principles that celebrate skills and capacities and honor individual life goals. 

 

MaryBeth holds a master’s degree in public administration; a course of study that prepared her for the role of Operation Specialist. While she now lives in Upstate New York with her husband and two children, she has roots in Texas where she grew up and attended college. 

 

When she is not working, you will find her in the kitchen (her happy place) cooking for family and friends, tending to her backyard pond or playing with Duncan and Lucy, her family’s two rescue dogs.
